The Operating Guidelines Committee has not met since the October 26, 2000, meeting. At that meeting, the committee directed GPA to bring back to it a summary report on the issue of peer review. Since the July 2001 SEG meeting, GPA has written a draft report which the Operating Guidelines Committee chair distributed to committee members and individuals who indicated an interest in the subject. Unable to find a definitive list of individual committee members on the SEG website, the draft was distributed using the distribution list of the previous chair's email forwarding a copy of the October 26, 2000, meeting minutes. The committee chair has requested comments on the draft report and, if warranted and requested by committee members, will schedule a meeting to discuss the report and comments generated.
