Most of the meeting was devoted to defining the process by which the  existing economic analysis will be systematically examined. There was general agreement on the following process:

1.  Define the assumptions and related issues.

2.  Pick a starting point and determine the sequence for examination.

3.  Examine the rationale for assumptions/white papers

4.  Discussion

5.  Conclusions/recommendations for revised economic analysis.  (This could include a qualitative recommendation.)

Morgan agreed to do a matrix of assumptions and issues.

John agreed to do an outline for a Final Report of the EWG. Next meeting was set for the afternoon following the next SEG on July 11.
