Brief description:
A plan of study to evaluate the possible effects of deepening on the
Floridan Aquifer
has been recommended by the Aquifer Committee. That recommendation was
relayed by GPA
to the USACE, Savannah District for evaluation. The determination of
the study work
required for the Savannah Harbor Expansion Project was made by the
USACE, Savannah District. The link below provides details of the
determination.
Current status:
The aquifer study is complete and has been posted for review.
